The Museum District is one of Houston's most coveted zip codes, with walkable streets and close proximity to Rice University, Herrmann Park, and yes - the Museum District itself. Oxberry Group is planning to build The Mondrian, an eight-story, 20-unit condominium project at 5104 Caroline St., on the former site of The John C. Freeman Weather Museum.
