Boarding the Meatpacking District in Lower Manhattan, and thriving since 2006 upon completion and after the space was donated by CSX Transportation, Inc. in 2005, an old and decaying railroad track was transformed into one of the most dynamic real estate, design and New York lifestyle niches in the city.
