The marlowe

As soon as I moved to Houston, and before I could even start working as a Realtor, I started scouting properties in Downtown Houston (hashtag: #dthtx). This is where I first discovered Randall Davis, one of the most creative and daring developers I've seen.  From his initial Dakota Lofts, to The Rice Hotel condos, and then all the way to Renoir, Gotham and Chateau 10, this master of repurposing and going against the status quo won my respect as soon as I set foot on one of his creations. But The Marlowe - even if yet a project - is my favorite one. The mastery behind its marketing ("The End of Rent!"), along with the *location* and appreciation potential make it my favorite Houston building to date.
